Accessibility
Anyone should be able to use this site to ask for service: with a screen reader, with the keyboard only, with large text or from an old phone.
The standard we follow
The site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
What we do to meet it
- Every page has a clear heading structure, a link to skip to the content and its language marked, so a screen reader reads Spanish or English as it should.
- Everything works with the keyboard, and you can always see where you are on the page.
- Text has good contrast with its background, and nothing is explained by color alone.
- Photos have a description. Purely decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
- Every change to the site goes through automated accessibility tests before it goes live.
