Walk-in coolers and freezers
When a walk-in starts climbing in temperature, stock is lost in hours. Yoel repairs and maintains walk-in coolers and freezers for restaurants, markets and warehouses, and tells you the price before starting.
We work Monday to Sunday, 7 AM to 8 PM. Diagnostic [from $89]. Warranty of [90 days]. License [CAC########].

If the walk-in is warming up
First, protect the stock
Keep the door closed, open it only when you have to, and write down the temperature and the time. If a cooler goes above 41 °F, the limit in the food code, move the most sensitive items to another unit.
Check the easy things
Make sure the door closes properly and the gasket is not torn, that ice is not blocking the evaporator, and that the unit’s breaker has not tripped.
Call us with these details
The temperature it shows, how long it has been rising, whether the fan inside is turning and whether the condenser outside is running. With that we arrive with the most likely parts and lose less time.
